I have been getting help with my taxes here for several years and all occasions have been professional. All my documents have been processed accordingly and in a timely fashion. Everyone has made themselves available for even the most simple of questions. They take appointments but I have always gone in when convenient for me. I highly recommend their services.

Been going here for three or four years. This year was horrible. They say to better serve clients is by appointment. Appointment was set and arrive five to ten minutes before my appointment which was at 2:15. I was waiting patiently for three hours. It was 5:15 and we were apparently the next ones up and put us in the room where they were doing someone else’s taxes still. After another 10 minutes we got up and left. From what I over heard they had to many distractions from people calling in and falling behind caused them to have stress. I don’t believe they are planing enough time with each of the clients.nBetter planing less distractions plan for more time with clients so that way you keep your appointments and clients are happy. I understand things happen but to have to wait 3 hours is not good customer service. I am certain if I would have waited there they would have had me pay the full amount for their service.

I had Saul do mine and my husbands taxes. Appointments were always running behind. I paid a big chunk of change for him to actually mess up on mine and my husbands taxes.nnI understand that he is trying to accommodate everyone, but by the time you see him, he is tired and rushes you through completing taxes.nnHe messed up on mine by forgetting to get my Health Insurance information from MarketPlace. I get a letter from IRS requesting more information regarding my health insurance. I go back in after trying to call multiple times that I just end up showing up to the office for someone to see me.nnAfter waiting an hour to complete the form, it turns out that I was getting an even bigger return than what was originally stated. He even told me at the end of my appointment that he would not charge me for completing the form. From my understanding, this was his mistake and I would of not paid extra for him to correct his mistake. I paid him $312 to complete mine and my husbands. I expect everything to be done correctly. I have never had issues with any tax preparer until I came here. Now I have to wait an extra 8 to 12 weeks to see my return, if the IRS finds nothing else incorrect.nnWith my husbands, he asked me to leave his tax information to complete when he had a time. I gave all the information needed. He forgot to put in the direct deposit information for his return after I gave him all the information needed to input that information. It also turns out that there is a problem with his state taxes, that information submitted was potentially incorrect.nnI seriously am just confused and irritated at how messed up everything had gotten. Saul is a very nice guy, but clearly overworked which is reflecting poorly on his service.nnIf you come here to do taxes, triple check your taxes. I did the mistake of not double checking and trusting him that everything was correct.
