The two ladies in this facility (Amy Woodard and her coworker) are INCAPABLE of doing any work whatsoever. Horrible experience. Rude, disrespectful and unknowledgeable! When you get answers like “I don’t know” and “I can’t do that” that’s when you know their staff is uneducated and untrained. It’s unfortunate but the two women we had an experience with are lazy. Please do business elsewhere if you have the option. Save yourself the headache and bad experience.

Incredibly poor uninformed service. Went to their offce 3 times. Different answer 3 times. Finally went to the office in Waxahachie. The lady was so helpful and actually knew what she was talking about. Thank you so much waxahachie tax office. Dont take any business to ennis they are clueless

Usually have staff that seem unfriendly and not liking there job. They seem to be very difficult if you just moved and are from out of state. I brought all documents listed on website for state . But because the title has my maiden name now she's making me bring a marriage license and website does not list that. I feel you just love to give Latinos a hard time because no we're does it list about a marriage license when the loan company front cover page has my current last name and my current address as my state ID the only difference is that my title has my maiden name will be driving to waxahachie from now on then dealing with poor custy service and wrinkly WASPS.

Not very helpful at all. Unfortunately theres nowhere else to go to register a car in Ennis
