Pizza Hut

Unbelievable! Santiago refused to provide adequate and appropriate service from start to finish. It was downright appalling to say the least. We placed our order with a Pizza Hut representative over the phone around 7pm. She informed me that the order would be ready for no-contact pickup in 20 minutes. When we arrived at the Pizza Hut store, Santiago said our orders wouldn’t be ready for an additional 25 minutes. That was at 7:30pm. He and a staff of 3 crew members literally cranked out about 4 pizza orders in 1.5 hours. Ha! How does this company survive off of that!? Moreover, instead of persevering through, making the pizza orders, delivering those pizzas in the extra 25 minutes he’d continually reassured us they’d be ready in, and successfully doing his job to some degree, he called 911. Then, he turned away everyone who had been waiting for over an hour on their pizza orders. Santiago told everyone he couldn’t fulfill any orders and that he would instead be issuing everyone a refund. Around 4 Police cars showed up shortly afterwards, and many customers left highly disappointed with no pizzas to boot! All of this over a few pepperoni pizza orders on Christmas Eve? It’s beyond laughable. What an utter embarrassment of absolute incompetence for the Pizza Hut Brand and its entire establishment. New training initiatives in the areas of customer service, truth, reliability, and how to quickly and efficiently make a pepperoni pizza is needed STAT! There is not one thing good that can be said about this experience. Not one. Luckily, my friend had frozen pepperoni pizzas that she was able to throw in the oven at the last minute to keep the party going. She made 2 large pizzas in her standard-sized conventional family oven for us to enjoy instead. All in under 10 minutes. It’s bewildering. Pizza Hut should feel ashamed.

I live about 4 blocks down the street (at Austin Ranch). My phone took over a hour from the time it left to get delivered. I've ordered lots of times.nnI called Pizza Hut 4 times about it, and never could get a real answer. Instead, I got put into a call que and then the call que timed out and dumped me three times.nnFood was mostly cooled off, too.nnI expect better from you guys. I'm a long time customer. Pizza Hut needs to study why people are timing out and being hung up on.

Not sure what happened to this location. Customer service is non existent. I also ordered on Christmas Eve and had my order cancelled after waiting 45 minutes, good job leaving my family hungry because the employees have no care for customer service

Worst Pizza Hut in America. Every time I try to give them another chance they screw it up. Today the prices on the printed menu were “old and incorrect” this place used to be managed really well. Not sure what happened.

Rude staff. Drivers that refuse to deliver to the door. If I wanted to leave the house to get a pizza, I wouldn't pay tip and delivery fee, and I wouldn't go to pizza hut. Especially this location.
