I love this app and free pizzas I earn as I order, YUM!nI don't have to scrounge for coupons because they are in the app and I live being able to save certain order as my favorite go to. While the order came correctly, the issue for me here was the way the delivery person treated me. After signing and getting my order, she took a look at the receipt and began complaining about how I didn’t leave a tip in front of customers at my workplace. I don’t appreciate being treated this way and on top of that being harassed for not leaving a tip in front of customers. As far as I know, we aren’t forced to leave a tip. I understand the need to make more income as I am currently struggling with university tuition, but that just isn’t the right way to do so. I’m never badgering my customers about not leaving a tip for the services that we give them; so why would I be treated this way? This not only affects me but the business I work at. Overall, that’s the reasoning behind my rating
Best pizza and delivery experience that I’ve had in years! My order: handmade pan crust, Italian sausage and pepperoni pizza w/ light sauce, spinach and mushrooms; all well done. I’m very picky, so I usually don’t like to order any food online because I feel like I have to emphasize my preferences vocally to get it right, but they NAILED IT. Pizza was hot, and the ingredients were fresh! The delivery guy, Victor, made the experience even more great. He kept in constant communication with me, and was so responsive and efficient in getting my order to me, efficiently and with the best quality. I can tell this store upholds great customer service values — kudos to management and training, and the team! I’ll be ordering again, soon!
