I paid money to Elizabeth Alvarez when she was working at her own firm to file green card applications (K1 and K2 visa adjustments) for my wife and daughter. We finished and signed all the documents on February 7, 2018 and after one year, never received a receipt from the government that it was accepted, and everything was in order. Essentially, she and Jessica Burr her paralegal (1) sent the first submission to the wrong address, (2) sent the second submission to the right address, but it was rejected because either the wrong form was used, or the information was inconsistent, (3) she refiled in late August, but sent it to the wrong address again and sent it with incomplete documentation. For example, she included the wrong birth certificate for my wife and the paperwork for my step-daughter was missing. Then she encouraged me to wait and not to refile again because the government was just slow and if we refiled, we would lose our place in line. (4) Finally, I asked for my money back and she agreed. She told me that the check was in the mail, but I never received it. When my new attorney filed the submissions, I received receipts that they were received and accepted in just over two weeks.

Great staff, even more amazing attorneys especially Jerry Tidwell. He does family law and he is one of the best. You'll never have to stress while he is representing you. Highly recommend this firm.

3/8/17 I have a problem with a employer not paying me my wages. I spoke to David and he was very informative and had good advise on what to do!
