This is a top-notch law firm! My husband and I went through some very difficult times a few years ago and unfortunately I was served with a lawsuit from a creditor just as we were getting back on our feet. We were completely dejected and demoralized. We were referred to Kelly Cook by someone at our church. He is honest, fair and has a genuine concern for his clients. His rates are very reasonable too. During our initial consultation, he and one of his partners, Zachary Ressler, answered all our questions and explained everything to us in terms we could understand. They were very flexible when scheduling appointments (they even offered to meet with us on a Saturday) and I never had a problem getting in touch with someone in the office whenever I had a question. And, best of all, they got my case dismissed! We were shocked to say the least. We thought he might be able to get the debt reduced but we never expected this. We ended up owing nothing. My husband and I were extremely pleased and satisfied with the way our case was handled from start to finish. I would not hesitate to use this law firm again and they can handle any type of case, not just civil litigation. They're in a great location too, right off the Dallas North Tollway in Plano.
