5 days after Jamie's review, still no bathrooms or showers working do to plumbing!!!!!nGuess they figure it is going to fix it self.nWhat a disgrace for a flying J.nYet they are still preparing food but cannot wash their hands or equipment????nMaybe they just don't want to take the time to properly clean and sanitize the showers and restrooms with COVID going on!!

Apparently this Pilot is so remote that they can't get a plumber out here to come and fix the sewer problem that they have. All bathroom and shower facilities are shut down. The management is inept and can't seem to handle it. I found out that this particular Pilot is a franchise when I called Pilot Flying J to complain. They weren't happy hearing about it.

I wouldn’t waste your shower credits here the water is scolding hot no cold unless you use the sink and if you ask about it all we’ve had someone look at it don’t even offer to refund your shower credits this place is a joke!!

Will do your staff at this particular pilot were so nice. Madison was really nice and helpful. You need a lot more people like Madison on your staff
