This Express is absolutely the best location in the DFW area. The staff is very friendly and super helpful!
I was sent the wrong size not once, but TWICE! the second time I called the Manager expected to charge my credit card AGAIN for the wrong pair of pants and then she wanted to issue a refund once she received the wrong pair that they sent. I do not understand WHY I would have to do it this way rather than just have her sent me the CORRECT size and send me a return label so I can send back this wrong size. No charge to my card. even exchange for the second time like it was supposed to happen the first time. She was not willing to help out and fix their mistakes. Sadly I will not shop here again. Customer service means more than they know at Express! #customerservice101
Big Express store I have ever been to recently! A lot of options. I love that they have a lot of options for my size 0 and 00 which is usually difficult to find.
Very expensive, but good quality. Service is nice, but alert of shoplifters.
Express really needs to come down on there prices...
