I don't recommend this location if you need good customer service or to order from inside the store. I waited 5 minutes for someone to actually acknowledge I was there. Another woman came in and waited, but she left after couple minutes of waiting herself. A young woman came to the counter, but didn't even look at me and just went straight to counting the cash register. I waited for another 3 minutes until she was done. She didn't apologize or acknowledge that I'd waited, only asked for my order.

I didn’t want to leave ANY stars, but was forced to leave at least one. This is by FAR the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from. Let’s start with the pizza being very dry and the toppings were not what we ordered...which the guy Michael apologized for. My husband asked for a refund, and not only did they deny his request, but they also called the police on him for trespassing...which he wasn’t. Why would he leave without pizza AND his money?? The manager here is Tyler...very unprofessional and did nothing to make this situation better. Please promote Michael to manager and demote Tyler. Michael was very empathetic to what was going on and he also apologized for everything that was going on. I will NEVER visit this location again. I am waiting on a call from Brandon (Tyler’s manager) before contacting their corporate office.

Do not select curbside... I've done last 3 times. I could see that my order was ready on screen inside from where I was parked. Each time I've had to go inside... and I prepaid online for my order with a good tip! BS!

Horrible Customer service. I spoke with a Manager because my order was not correct. He hung the phone up in my face.

This Pizza Hut is the best! The pizza and cheese bread always seem to have so much cheese without us even ordering with extra. Always hot and can pick up super quick.
