Told me I had a $30 credit due to the employees sitting outside smoking instead of in the store when I went to the carry out to pick up my food and then was told they could not honor that when I called a week or so later. Ridiculous.
They have a drive thru! Super friendly and they always get my order right
I can say it seems they are getting better but the staff that answers the phone in the evening need to either pay attention and ask questions or go through more training. The food can be great but not consistent.
Ordered on Friday the 13th and put a note to not knock on the door and for a contactless delivery. Neither was done.nGuy arrived 20min later than suggested delivery time, knocked and met me right outside my door and handed the pizzas to me.
Delivery was great but i got food i didnt order and it was burnt and missing things
