US TRINITY Is the new sheriff in town, and, jet place to roost! Beautiful, spacious brand new facilities and comfortable room with Recliners. Cheapest Jet A around; actually beat CAA price. The line staff were very attentive and courteous. The front desk assistants were accommodating and lovely. I left my coat in the pilot lounge, and they were gracious and kind enough to express mail it to me right away. I hope to be back soon!
One of the best FBO’s in the country. World-class customer service and uncommon value. They consistently provide more than you’d expect.
Disappointed to see the airport is refusing to ban the people who used their facility to travel to washington to participate in the insurrection at the Capitol. Those people broke multiple laws and depending how this gets prosecuted, they could face felonies for their actions. It is simple to come out against what happened by banning those individuals from your facility. Instead, by dodging the question and deleting comments on your Facebook page from people asking for an explanation of your part in the riot, you look complicit. Do you condone what happened in Washington this week? Do you support the lawlessness of the people who you let use your facilities?
I have been to several FBO’s and this was by far the best. Beautiful facility and incredible customer service. Meatha was beyond helpful and very kind; she even set us up with a goodie bag of essentials for our overnight stay. The line guys were some of the nicest I’ve met and even gave us a ride to the hotel. Highly recommend US Trinity Aviation!
Definitely my preferred FBO in North Texas! Tremendous ramp staff and while the facility has a little bit of construction left, it's going to be the best facility at DTO when it's done!
