Not sure if it’s the mask but if you’re having a hard time hearing someone’s order, it helps if you reiterate it instead of looking like a jerk when you get the order wrong.
The caramel tasted like that thin syrupy caramel flavored stuff, unlike the usual real carmel sauce at a regular Starbucks. In addition they would not accept my gift card that I had on my phone as the Starbucks located inside of Safeway grocery stores or stand alone Starbucks. The Batista informed me that the reason being was that they are not a corporate store.
Too much sugar in the drinks but I can say they girl working there was very delicious
I usually have no issues at this Starbucks, but today I was unimpressed with the way I got treated. As I was first standing in line, I thought I saw a couple of the girls point and laugh at me, but I decided it may be in my head and went on to order normally. As I ordered, the girls continued to mock the way I said things and were very rude, choosing to ignore me at one point to whisper to one another again and laugh. I still went on normally because I didn’t want to cause a scene or be rude, but the entire time they continued on to only act this way towards me. Coffee was standard as always, but I just didn’t understand why the girls chose to act as they did.
Great coffee and prompt service and RESPECTFUL service as well
