My husband and I recently planned to interview several attorneys in order to select someone to advise us on revising our estate plan, but once we met Jim Voeller, we knew we didn’t need to look any further. We were looking for a person who stays abreast of the necessary legal and financial issues surrounding estate law. In 2009 Mr. Voeller created an Estate Planning Portfolio specific to our family's needs. Anytime I have asked a question or a comment, Jim’s responses have been adequate, to the point, and in a timely manner. We have kept in touch with Jim periodically and have recently completed a restatement of our Estate Planning Portfolio that better reflects current needs.
