I accidentally dropped a petite glassed candle while shopping today ud83dude2a Some small pieces of glass went in both mine and my daughter's shoes. The sales team was so understanding, cautious, and prepared. They helped with a first aide kit and took great care to protect all of the guests. What exceptional service and so appreciated. Very wonderful experience the staff was really nice and helpful you never have to ask for help they automatically ask and then come back and ask again which feels really good when you’re awkward and don’t want to say sorry I actually do need help.
So the store was lovely very organized and stocked with what I was looking for . The only issue I had was an employee. So it was kind of empty and I was leaving . There was 3 women by the exit. I didn’t want to be rude so I tried to exit through the entrance which there was no people near there . this one employee yelled at me and ran towards me , in a rude manner . “Helloooo miss, miss, that’s not the exit , hello??!? “ Like why yell at me , not just come up to me ? I was so embarrassed I’m no longer shopping here .
