This company is not a true business so stay far away. They were hired but local Wylie Schools to produce team banners but this is not something they do in house. All banner orders were outsourced to us for production and now we cannot get payment from them for the banners we produced. Phone calls, emails, and text are not being replied too about the money that is owed to First Graphic Services Inc.
I was introduced to this company buy a friend to make my companies shirts, cards and hats. They are very friendly off the get go. But that is where the service ends. Every order I have placed with them has taken months for them to fulfill( and I'm not placing orders for 100s of shirts at a time). It only that they have messed up orders of shirts and also misspelled my website on my business cards. I reached out to them told her about the problem and she said she would have it done in a week. That was 1 month ago. I called and texted several times with no reply. So I went ahead and hired another company that was able to get me cards in under a week when she takes months. Not only that, my buddy that introduced me is having issues with his orders taking for ever. There are way too many companies in this space to waste your time with this one. They are unreliable and slow.
