Sep 2018nCharge for more hours then they were here for! They showed up at 1713 was here for 15 minutes went to the store at 1728, called from Home Depot at 1743 to confirm what I wanted. Came back to my house at 1834 was complete and left my property at 1904. The total job took them nine minutes less than 2 hours to complete, however they charged me for 3 hours of work. I highly suggest that you log when they show up and when they are complete, they will overcharge you on there time.nnIf you continue reading I had my initial look at this company back in May and I only called this company again because they had done the initial install and it might’ve been there fault that I had the failure .nnThey should not have 4 1/2 stars!nnMay2018nBefore I go into why I Rated this company at one stars, I will say that the electricians that came to my property Tyrell and John, in their assistance, Or professional, and knowledgeable. John who actually did the work on my property and his assistant did a great job which looks great. Also the lady who answers the phone when you call the company is helpful and polite.nnThe first major issue that I have is it their estimate was over $500 off of actual cost. They quoted me $1800 worst-case scenario on a job replacing my entire service. The electrical company would not allow them to replace the entire service and wanted to do some the work themselves so that $1800 job should have been cut because the electric company would do some of it. From them I received an $1800 bill, where it should’ve been Somewhere in the 900 to $1200 range.nnOn my bill I did Request to see a buy parts material list for what they were charging me for, But I never received it. I believe they charge me for items that I did not receive.nnMy second major problem I had with this company, is the hours for labor. They charged me for more hours than they were actually here for.nnThe guy that came out to do the estimate were on my property no longer than 1 hour and they charge me for 1.5 hour. So it cost me $100 just to get an estimate which in my forementioned statement was incorrect.nnThe second guys that came out to do the work on my property for 7 hours and 20 minutes, where I was billed for 8.5 hours. And because they did not do the estimate they did not have everything they needed. So they had to go back to the store (which you will pay for them going to get supplies) I also imagine that they got lunch during that time, which I also paid for .nnI would like to be clear that the work they did was excellent and that when questioned about the hours I received a corrected bill. If you decide to go with this company I would start a timer when they arrive and stop when they leave for the day.
