I returned shoes I purchased and the store manager in Brownwood Tx Beverly was very very rude. Her store associate Rebecca apologized to me several times and said that she had had a Very bad long day but this store manager continued to act like a angry aggressive person making comments and laughing at what I would say to her. I’ve literally never been so insulted. This woman needs some training on how to be at least decent to customers. When I asked her what the other girls name was she told me I did not need it that she had nothing to do With it so I said she was standing here while you actEd a fool so I asked the other lady and she told me her name. I did not want to give even one star after the treatment I received but it was the only way I could submit a review. They accused me of wearing these shoes I returned that I could not try on in the store. This was ridiculous. Keep your bad day to yourself. ud83dudc4dud83cudffb
Like Cato's good prices on their jewelry could be a little cheaper on their clearance items
