1.nCustomer service from Associates - ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 90% satisfiednn2. Customer service from store manager - ⭐20~30% satisfied :nThe reason I'm giving low rate because when I'm checking out at the register , the Associate who was helping me out had a lil difficulty with register. When she was asking a question to manager about price change, she was quite rude to her Associates right front of me. And I wasn't quite comfortable with the managers attitude. Because her attitude, I wont support this store location. It changes my mind to shop a B&BW products from other store locations and directly from websites from now on.
The wife loves the candles and body wash , the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable
worst customer service. Went in today to shop with mother n law and was getting stuff of the clearance rack and then they said that someone put this item on the clearance rack by mistake. They refused to honor it. The employee said that she didn't know how to give the 75% off other wise she would have. I was buying 3 of these items
