I have really enjoyed working with Nancy Somes over the last few years. She is an awesome lady & employee. Very valuable to H&R Block and totally knows her stuff. She is always very explanatory and detailed. Very friendly and makes sure I understand everything fully. Appreciate her help and support and knowledge each year.

I have gone back to H&R Block year matter year due to the stellar Customer Service that I have always 8received from your staff. However, it wasn't until I started dealing with Nancy Somes, in your Texas office, that I have sought her out year after year and would no one else to touch my taxes but her. This is a lot to say more so given that I live in the state of Alaska.
