Great food at decent prices, excellent staff. 1st time I've walked in (I usually get it delivered...which is incredibly fast too!).
The young man was alone at lunch rush. Nevertheless fast service. He deserved a raise!
Just walked in and was told it would be 20-30 minutes. Walked out and just grabbed firehouse subs. I love jimmy john's but they lost a sell today.
This place was once a solid 5 stars for me. It still is sometimes, depending on who's working. Usually the staff is SUPER friendly and blindingly fast. Sometimes, however, I walk in and there's this one guy there, holding up a wall or playing on his phone, leaving some poor rookie to handle all the customers.nnSadly, this second scenario seems to happen more often than the first one. I think that for now on, when I walk in and the big dude is there, I think I'll just turn back around and go somewhere else.nnHope someone fixes that dude, because the rookie in there today looked absolutely MISERABLE and stressed to the max. Poor kid. Also, there was 4 other customers watching big dude playing on his phone while the other guy made sandwiches. It was hard to miss, considering he was leaning on the register, back to the door...
