I've always loved this place, great food. But today I was not greeted at all when I walked in, with about 5 employees behind the counter. Stood there and waited for about 5 mins to place an order and not once did someone ask if I had been helped or at least tell me that someone would be with me in a moment. Then 2 people walked in the door who were immediately greeted and was about to take their order until I had to step in and say something. How rude is that? I won't be coming back for a while

Had a terrible experience tonight. Sandwhich was soaked in pickle juice and tomato juice. Entire package reeked of pickle. So, sloppy prep work and presentation there. They slacked on the salami and pepperoni so the sandwich was LOADED with ham. I almost ordered it without ham because I don't like it much but in the past, the portions were pretty equal. I basically received a ham and pickle juice sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. Tried to support a local business and am now regretting it. I'll order Subway next time. 3rd time I've gotten food from Firehouse. Usually has been great but this was AWFUL

Duane at the counter was amazing. So helpful and friendly. Helped with our options, stopped by our table to see how we liked our choice, cleared our table and even held the door as we left. Not many people like him. Food was really good. Had the steak sub and tasted the Jamaican jerk sub. Both were awesome. Can’t go wrong with either. Plan on returning. Try if you have only driven by.

Bleck. More mayo on the sandwich than bread, the wife's small sub had twice the meat of my medium bun which was reminiscent of a hot dog buns with 8 slices of deli meat and a quarter cup of mayo. Worst sandwich I have ever eaten, and I am a veteran, who ate mes hall meals.
