Tried to shop there today. Called first just to make sure they had what I wanted and no one answers the phone. Drove there anyways and they were closed at noon on a Friday, even though Google says they are open. All the other stores in the mall were open. I asked another mall worker and they said the store has odd and limited hours throughout the day.nI know it's hard to stay open during these times, but at least answer the friggin phone, or leave an answering machine that details your hours of operation. Or, leave a sign on the window stating your hours.
I suppose im not very familiar with this store and it's type of shoppers. It felt like a very out of place clothing store catering to beach goers and i just cannot speak for that type of streetwear. The staff was nice and selection im assuming was good.
Walked in today and the associate did not even acknowledge me. She continued to talk on the phone for probably 5 mintutes and still nothing. She knew I was there but chose not to pay attention to me. I ended up walking out with her never making eye contact. Her customer service skills are non existent!
Kinda pricey but a great selection.
I have been here several times and always very happy.
