The store looked bare and picked over as if it were closing down. I snagged a couple of jeans on clearance but the fitting room wasn’t open. When I went to check out the employee didn’t greet me, ask if I found what I needed, or anything. It wasn’t until I said something about the perfume to my friend that was with me that she just handed me a piece of paper and said the name of the perfume that was on it. I asked if the store was closing down and she just said no with a rude tone. I never shop at rue 21 since the quality of the clothes is so poor but my friend wanted to look in there. I’ll never go back.
Very nice store in Rolling Oaks Mall my fiance and her two daughters really loved it it was fun
Jr and I hit up rue21 so he could get some new clothes. Perfect timing on our part as Rue21 had a large selection of mens clothes on sale. Jr got 3 pairs of jeans and 7 shirts for $150. We will definitely be returning. Later
Very friendly staff. Very helpful and down to earth.
I like this place a lot, but over the past few months the service has just been getting worse every time. The employees especially I believe she’s the manager, but either way they are just rude for no reason. I wish the customer service was better because I might not be back just due to the attitude I have received.
