I dealt with Danial Brown ,nhe ripped me off with 45.000 dollars loannthat I loaned him , he never paid me backnmy loan money , Which he closed the dealnon a commercial property , and asked mento loan him the money to be paid monthlyninstallment for 3 years , 800. dollars a monthntoward the loan , and after 3 years he havento pay , the whole 45.000 dollars in fullnhe declined to do that , I reported himnto the office of the attorneys Bar associationnin san Antonio , Texas approx, 6 month agonhe was dispared also a year ago , a lot of clients reported him too

Dan Brown should be avoided at all costs. He both lazy and incompetent. I hired him, upon the recommendation of my R.E. agent, to represent me in a real estate lawsuit. He failed in his duties in every respect. He failed to keep me informed. He missed several court determined filing deadlines. I was forced to pay court fines as a result of his neglance.nI filed a complaint with the State Bar Association. Although Dan Brown was clearly negligent, the State Bar Association gave him a slap on the wrist, his only penalty being eighteen months of probation. He should have been ordered to make restitution to me. He should of had his law license suspended for eighteen months.nThe State of Texas Bar Association once again has failed to protect the consumers of Texas.

I recently went to his office and IT’S CLOSED ud83dude31nHe didn’t do his job, nor gave me my money back!

Avoid this lazy so called lawyer, he took our case ask fir a retainer fee and then he never prepared or cared about our case, failed to prepare for our court date which we had to posptponed, ended up settling since we were terrified that he would nake another mistake.He ended up owing us 6k thta we gave hin fir property taxes that he never paid.nCrook, dishonest and unprepared!!!
