I recently had an issue with an apartment complex and reached out to Todd Marquardt for some advice. My family has used Marquardt Law Firm for various services over the years, so I new this would be the best and most reliable place to star. Todd was very professional and extremely helpful with my situation. He was able to provide the information I needed right away and offer an opinion to help me move forward. Making arrangements for estate planning while still young and vibrant can be hard to face but Attorney Daniel Palmer of the Marquardt Law firm made it so easy. From the first contact to the actual signing ceremony (I love that is is called a ceremony) was handled professionally and without stress. Mr. Palmer took the time to go through each part of the estate planning documents and did not hesitate to make changes as we sat there going through the review. I was totally satisfied with the entire process and have already referred friends to seek them out. Thank you!!

Great firm to work with! Daniel Palmer helped us with our deed, will and trust. He was extremely professional, carefully explained everything, and answered all of our questions. He took his time with us and we felt valued. All staff was sincere and professional. A nicely organized notebook with all documents was given to us upon completion of signing. I highly recommend the Marquardt Law Firm, but more specifically Daniel Palmer. Extra note: Firm followed all Covid cleanliness guidelines - whole conference room was sanitized before entering.

Mr Marquardt is a great attorney and truly a specialist in his fields, He communicates extremely well and is very responsive (unusual for an attorney!) in person and through his excellent assistant Sarah, who is also extremely nice and on top of things. She is a pleasure to deal with and never makes you feel like Mr Marquardt is too busy for me but relays accurate information promptly and gets results. Thanks Marquardt team!

Attorney Daniel Palmer went above and beyond when preparing my trust, will and accompanying documents. I had just moved from another state and needed all legal documents rewritten for Texas. Because I am unfamiliar with area freeways , Mr. Palmer and his team came out to my home for the final signing. Very impressive.. I highly recommend Marquardt Law Firm.
