Dressing rooms were closed. They expect me to just buy their stuff and waste my time coming back if the clothes don't work. We are a year into the pandemic and all the other clothing stores have their dressing rooms open. If you don't want business then close down.
Very ugly staff who profile you and youre shopping and you have people act like you're stealing very displeased. We came for a visit to san antonio shopping close to our hotel and never will be coming to this store for sure.

I think the need housekeeping to be here daily bathrooms are a mess all the time. The bitters and 281 store is always busy when i come in some days you can get out fast other times it feels like you have been there for and hour in line. I'm not a big fan of Robert he can be very rude sometimes my friend ask for a discount and he told her he can't do discounts anymore but when she went back two days later he was giving someone a discount didn't think that it was far at all. But other than that love this store.
