I love this place and the owners too. I’ve read through the other reviews and can’t believe anyone would say that Jen and Rob don’t care. I’m pretty sure Jen spends 70 hours a week working to help people meet their goals. Her classes are challenging and fun and the other instructors make time for you and your questions/needs. I finally feel motivated to meet my goals! Did I mention they offer free daycare #doublewin

I enjoyed my time with the trainers Kelly, Stacy and Nancy! They were fantastic! The gym was great until it came time to me ending my membership. I was forced to pay for an additional month because I did not give a 30 day notice even though I was out of contract and had a medical reason for leaving. I even offered to provide a doctors note. At this point the owners would not respond to my emails anymore. I had tried to turn in my notice sooner, but you have to do it in person and they were remodeling with no front desk and were not open when I went by. I finally had to walk in during a class to request to terminate my contract to then be told since they were in a class they would email it to me why this could not have been done when I called is beyond my understanding. Again the trainers were fabulous and now that I can work out again I will never return here.

This is the worst gym in Mt Juliet. The owners Rob and Jen are the most unfriendly people you will ever meet. They don’t care about you as a person or as a member. I felt the times I went that I was more of a paycheck to them as someone that wanted guidance and help for a healthier lifestyle. Always trying to get more money out of you for various reasons. Gym is full of fake people.nnAnd the front desk person is rude and you can tell everything she says to you is fake. Can’t keep staff members or members.nnYou would be better off going to Planet Fitness. At least they greet you when you walk through the door.

I've been to many gyms over the years, but this one far exceeds any other. All the trainers are interested in how you're doing and what they can do to help. If you've ever considered joining a gym, but have concerns (weight, age, lack of coordination, anything), I would suggest you come talk to Jen or Rob. They do everything possible to make members feel comfortable and safe. Zone has an inviting, wholesome, family type atmosphere that promotes overall health and wellness.....so much more than a typical gym!
