I canceled my membership and they gave me a refund receipt for Costco that did not include the time I was unable to use the gym for COVID, effectively stealing 5 months from me! I called and called, they just keep telling me I have to wait for 21 days to get the time credited back to use the gym. 24 hour fitness is a joke at this point.

I’m going to give Columbia Tech Center another chance because they MUST improve their monitoring of clients not wearing their masks correctly. I spoke to the desk tonight about someone continually working out weight lifting with their nose open to air.nThe guy at the desk started talking about people who have signed a waiver. I told him this was about a mask wearer not covering his nose. During the same hour there were several people taking their masks off or exposing noses. I overheard at least 2 people complaining to the desk and I overheard the worker comment that they were “trying” yet nothing was done about a client I observed not complying-they kept watching and discussing without taking action.nYou need to continually roam to protect those of us trying to follow the rules.

Update::nDo not join this gym!!nThey will not cancel my membership been waiting a week to get approved for cancellation and I paid the extra money to have a non year commitment!nThey said they don't have a manager there for weeks at a time and you cannot cancel without a manager. This is a complete scam of a gym.nnClosed more then it's open, fix the hours.nClosed every couple hours, and completely closed 9pm to 5amnnAlso open the steam room somehow, I know it's corvid time, but if your charging me so much for a gym membership open stuff up.

Been a paying customer for many years. I go 6 days a week. I have seen this location go from a premier club to a not so good club. Certainly not worth the money I am paying. Corporate, if you are listening or reading this, go see for yourself. Place is not clean, customer service is terrible, gym floor is never clean and is in need of refinishing, many machines are not working properly, whole place needs updating, sauna and steam rooms are nasty and are in need of deep cleaning. Go see for yourself! I do not recommend this place.
