Jc was amazing! He stayed later than they were open to get paperwork done and get us in our new car. Amazing experience I can't thank them enough. Highly recommend to anyone in the car market!

This place is AMAZING!!! I called on Monday to get pre approved! I was called back by Jim in less than 2 hours with a pre approval and down payment amount!! I send all my information in on Tuesday morning via email too JC! At 430 I called to see if I could go ahead and come in and Finnish and sign my paper work! Gavin had my vehicle shining and ready to go! JC stayed late after closing time to finish my paper work and I drove off at 6:45 pm in my practically brand new pathfinder!! I have never had a faster or better experience!!! I definitely will go back if any need for a vehicle arises!! Highly recommend car logic!! The staff is the best friendly kind honest service!! And my vehicle has one the best warranties I have ever seen!! Thank you all for your kindness and especially thank you to JC and Gavin for staying late to get my stuff done!! Horrible experience! Bought my dad a car from here and the transmission fell out of it 3 days later. Thankfully the finance company took responsibility for it because the car lot who has a mechanic on-site said there was nothing they could do for us.

I really wanted to give 5 stars, but I just couldn't, I have had my car for a couple of months now. The car i bought is great gets me from point A to point B. I felt I got a good deal, its a typical car lot. The reason I am giving 1 stars is because of the communication is not what it should be. I had to call several times to check up on how my car was coming because I had to leave it there for a tune up. Yes they did take care of the issue. But I always had to call and check up on my car of my own. More than a couple of days went by and got no phone call. I even asked them to check on getting a part for my car and got nothing back. I appreciate and try to support small business. I will likely not be back and will not recommend.
