A buyer beware dealership. I have personal worked in the automotive industry for 35 years. This experience was the worst I have had. The cars were not ready. The majority of them that I sold ended up have major mechanical issues. From bad turbos, motors and transmissions to major oil leaks etc. they had no certified technicians they would just look at YouTube and try to figure it out. Ive never had so many unhappy customers in my long automotive career then at this dealership. So much that I walked away from the automotive business completely. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dealership,

Eddie and crew were fantastic. I purchased a 2018 Transit in February of 2021 for my family and I was please with personal service, product, and the conversation surrounding the final price. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with this company again and again.

Great car buying experience. This is a smaller dealership with great inventory. Not to mention the employees do not push for a sale. Very friendly and welcoming.

Don't buy from Essen Motor. Troy fed me some BS about not being able to take the car to a mechanic to get it looked at. They would only let me test drive on the street out front 'because their insurance wouldn't allow it'. I should have paid more attention to the red flags. After I bought the car, I immediately had to buy 2 tires for it, the passenger seat motor doesn't work, and there's water drenching the passenger side of the car from behind the dash even though i had the A/C line blown out. Car was also overpriced; next time I'll do more research and definitely won't buy from Essen Motor.
