Worked with Rob and his service and attention to detail was exemplary! I was looking for a very specific vehicle for months, and within moments of the car hitting their lot, Rob called to make sure I was aware that they had it! He was patient and kind and his knowledge about the vehicle was exceptional. I would absolutely go back to purchase another vehicle from him!nnI switched over to Hyundai from Audi after falling in love with my husband's Tuscan that he drives for work. My husband and I had such a phenomenal experience with Wilson county Hyundai. We'd been shopping for a car for quite a while with me leading the charge. After dealing with multiple rude, unhelpful, and pushy dealerships closer to the city, I found this place. I called and spoke to Matthew and after just 30 minutes of discussion/negotiation, he was able to get us an amazing deal on a new Hyundai Sonata. Being that we live near Downtown Nashville, I was super nervous because it was quite a hike out to the dealership. I expected to experience similar bait and switch type stuff since they knew we were coming from an hour away. But that was NOT even remotely the case. We showed up and Matthew had everything ready to go. Price was EXACTLY what we agreed to. He was so unbelievably kind and helpful. A legitimately good human being. After having some bad past experiences, this was such a breath of fresh air. I cannot recommend this dealership (and working with Matthew) enough! We will 110% be getting our next vehicle from this place.
A very pleasant experience from the moment arriving until time to leave. The staff was perfect in every respect and assisted totally to make the buying experience absolutely wonderful.nEach person performed efficiently in their individual responsibility. Thankfully, I have not had to deal with car problems since I bought my car brand new in 2016. But when it finally happened, Caitlin and Megan were great in helping to explain what those next steps would be. Hunter has been completely invaluable! I know I stalked this man via phone AND text, but he never let it show if I it was bothering him . He was extremely patient and I did not feel as if I was being taken advantage of at all. This place has good the absolute best to me, from the sales department to the service dept, which is why my next car will come from them as well! The cars and the people are beyond phenomenal!
Why would you go anywhere else to buy a car? Matthew is incredible! What an amazing team! No B.S. they actually care about making sure you're buying the best car for your situation. Very professional. Very awesome. I love my new Hyundai and I loved the experience while buying it.nnI highly recommend checking out the 93' Land Rover. It's a replica of the James Bond vehicle from Spectre. Very cool.
