Ryan Austin was a fairly subpar employee and equally bad human being. Was asking about prices to find the right deal and he kept disrespecting me and insinuating I was poor. Very unprofessional, hope management looks into his attitude and performance.

Ryan literally elevator (up and down) checked out my wife right in front of me.nnTo make matters worse, his haggling skills were pathetic and he kept saying he was on hold trying to get info to give me.nnIn the end, he scribbled an offensively low offer in pink ink for a trade on a 2016 Green model.

Even 1-star is too much. Ryan is terrible. Worst experience of my entire life. I wouldn't trust anyone that is connected to him in any way. BEWARE. Shady, unprofessional, a bad person, untrustworthy, and vindictive.

Met with Ryan to try and purchase a car. One of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. Wouldn’t get off his cell phone and showed zero interest in me as a customer. Left and ended up purchasing a car down the road.

I would avoid doing any business with Ryan. Unprofessional and the definition of a used car salesman. AVOID at all cost.
