A very quiet place on a Sunday morning. Abput 12 miles roundtrip from the parking area. No wildlife spotted and birds were eerily silent. A unique and secluded spot.
It was clean, quiet and easy to access. The water was up freon the rain, the snow was gorgeous, the pieces of ice lying in the grass were beautiful and paper thin. There were many animal tracks in the snow, deer, rabbit and large cat. It was a great day
An awesome hike to the lake. With several access points, you may want to google map a route before you start your hike.
Fantastic hike, but no significant water anymore at the lake.
Could not find it. GPS appears to be incorrect on getting to this location and leads the driver to private properties covered in no trespassing warnings.
