Worst costumer service experience I’ve ever had. Trying to get infant formula during an ICESTORM no other stores open or around and get hassled. No one even helped me with the groceries. It depends on who you are I guess and if the ladie manager likes you or not.idk
Kroger pharmacy in Whitley city ky is the sorriest place I have ever got medicine. The people there don't know nothing. They are dangerous when it comes to handling medicine. They gave me antibiotics for blood pressure medicine. Then refused to take it back after I paid for it. Their mistake. This pharmacy needs someone in there that knows the difference between blood pressure medicine and antibiotics. This is a bad place to get medicine. They cant be trusted. They are very disorganized. And could give out a medicine that would kill someone by their negligence.
Theres a few people who work here that need to learn customer service, most are nice but there are those that are very rude!
