Dealt with a great service guy name Blake who was very nice, handled everything top notch, I had a question later, and called, he answered all my questions and was so very helpful! Ms Becky Roberson is an absolute jewel! She took my payment over the phone! Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my car!
The staff was extra kind and helpful. I have been to many dealerships all over the USA and this is my favorite one. The kindness shown when entering the doors, there is no pushy car salesman attitude, is very refreshing. Expertise of vehicle functions, options, and pricing is known well by the sales staff.
Dropped my bosses jeep while waiting to be picked up I walked into the showroom. I work on a farm so I didn't have on my Sunday best even though I wasn't there to buy not one person came up to me. I had to ask for info on a car I liked. I'm not going to beg to be sold a car. Don't go to this dealership unless your wearing a tux
I called Larry at Herman Jenkins when I noticed I had been losing air in my tire. He immediately had me come in to have it seen about and had me a new tire ordered that day. Everyone is always very kind and always has me in and out of their office in the fastest times. My little family has bought 4 vehicles from them and they have always treated us with the highest of respects. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the world. Herman Jenkins is the best!!
