I have known Jerry for years. I went to purchase a car from him. After looking and talking to his sales person I settled on a used Cadillac. The price was quoted at $6000.00. Since I have a recent bankruptcy I felt this was a price I could afford. Jerry said he would send it to the shop on Monday morning and have the car inspected and cleaned up. He would call me Tuesday to go sign papers and pick up my car. Monday his sales person called to tell me that the computer signaled the timing chain was week and they would have to wholesale the car. We offered to buy it as is but they refused that offer. Jerry did not have courage to call me himself. Two days later we saw the car at the service station gettin gas. The gentleman that purchased the car said he paid $6900 for the car on Saturday, the same day we were there. He plainly lied to me. Do not trust anything anyone at that dealership says. I will tell everyone that I see and know that they are looking for a car that they do not want to do business with him. Sad, he professes to be a Christian .

Had a great experience this is the second vehicle I have bought from there. Norman Lee is a top notch salesman and I highly recommend him. Mr Tim Long was very helpful and making the financing process easy. Mr Ward himself test drove my trade in and gave me a very resonable offer. All and all we will be doing our future car shopping there.

Good experience, the salesman took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find it on the lot. From arrival to driving out in a great pre-owned car was around 3 hours. Definitely check them out when you're looking for your next car.

I enjoyed the process of buying my car at Jerry Ward Autoplex. I had been looking for my specific used/newer vehicle for awhile and they had the one I wanted in stock. It was such an easy process from the very start. The internet manager was incredibly helpful and he alleviated any fears I had that the car would be sold before I got there by taking it off the lot so I could make the 3 hour drive. When I arrived, the entire process was super easy, super quick and everyone in the office was kind and helpful. No one was pushy and no one made the buying process uncomfortable. I can't say enough good things about how they took care of us during the process and even afterwards when there was some detailing of the car that needed to get done. They surely went above and beyond to help me find and purchase my car. I would absolutely recommend them and hope for the best in their future.

I will give these guys 5 stars. I had some rough spots in my past and they genuinely care and do everything to help you out. No high pressure sales tactics with these guys. They honestly treat you like family. I highly recommend them to anyone.
