Very well taken care of area! Plus very cheap cabin rentals! Loved the hiking trails and the boardwalk over the lake. Very quite hardly anyone around
It was so quiet for the exception of the sounds of birds...a peliated woodpecker, hawks, owls and varies song birds. Saw an eagle from the viewing stand out on a tree in the water and a turtle. A nice place to get away from the city traffic noise!
Perfect weather and beautiful swamps with flowering lizards tail, incredible scent!
Remote, wildlife reserve, beautiful untouched beauty.
Always a great time at Reelfoot!:))
