Cut-ins were laid carefully, non-paint surfaces were protected, surfaces were scraped and sanded to smoothness. Where paint could have been slapped on in haste, Scott and Paul Martin carefully brushed or rolled, making sure the paint went only where it was supposed to. They systematically covered surfaces with two, solid coats of high quality paint.nnAbove all, Scott and Paul Martin were nothing but courteous and kind, and for the many days they had to return to get the work done (due to repeated inclement weather), they remained completely unobtrusive throughout. Never once were they in the way, and I could comfortably go on about my day, hardly noticing they were there, as they completed their work.
