Great selection of shoes and insoles, employees, very helpful.
Paige did a wonderful job helping me with my first personal fit at Fleet Feet. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable- I never felt pressured into any of my purchases. I have large feet (11.5 W yikes!) and shoe shopping can be a pain, but Fleet Feet had plenty of options for me. I left feeling confident about my new running shoes and I am excited to put them to use!
I came in today with a difficult transaction(exchange and another purchase that wasn’t in stock). I was helped by Ryan and he was phenomenal. Helped me quickly, correctly and seemed to go above and beyond to ensure the transaction was easy as possible for me. This has been the typical experience I have had in the multiple visits at the Vancouver location.
Hi to anyone who reads these,nI had a wonderful time at Fleet Feet, the Vancouver location, Paige was awesome to work with. I was having massive pains on the inside of my calves from running on bad shoes that did not fit me. She measured my feet by taking a 3D image of my feet. She helped picked out 3 different shoes and inserts. I found the perfect pair that fit my feet! I can't wait to go running again to really enjoy my shoes.
Very pleased with the salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Will definitely purchase from this store again!
