Incompetent and ignorant people. My mom called to make an appointment for the following day and they told her they accept her insurance. But when she arrived the next day for the appointment, the receptionist (a smart mouth named Angela) told my mom they couldn't take her insurance without prior authorization. No other doctor has required this.
