God forbid you ever need your drink remade. They scolded us and didn't even apologize for the drink tasting off like it was somehow our fault even though we were the ones inconvenienced by having to come back. They made us feel like it was our fault, they even asked us if we usually get that, and basically said that it was our fault. All these questions, but no real customer service or accountability on their part. Very snobby group of girls. There was even a clear difference of the smoothie we handed back and the one we got when it was remade. We were regulars too! Oh well Brewed's loss.

Went through the drive threw Saturday morning at around 10am,. The girl at the window was so rude think her name was stephanie. When I asked if she could check my number she said she already cashed it out. Then she said I can't read your mind like that had anything to do with it. I Usually go to dutch brothers where all the employees are nice and friendly. Brewed awaking you should take a lesson from your competitors. I won't be back.

The blended coffees are really good but sometimes they have an attitude when it comes to wanting them to remake your drinks.

5 stars each time I come here. Great coffee and relaxed and causal atmosphere. Coffee gals are nice and personable. Some of the seating is just like your living room, comfy chairs in front of a gas fireplace. Warm and cozy in the winter. Plenty of outlets to charge your devices. Stay as long as you like. No pressure to leave. Bagels, scones, cookies and more snacks for purchase.
