Recently purchased a new Ford Edge form here and for the first time ever, I didn't feel pressured. It was a very pleasant experience from test drive through loan manager. Casey Montgomery was our salesman and he, among with everyone else, were super nice and personable. Great vehicle at a great price with good people. Highly recommended.

After many phone and text conversations with Amelia, my family and I decided to go visit Jones Ford. We traveled over 4 1/2 hours one way and glad we did! The deal they offered us over the phone sounded too good to be true. We shopped around locally and no other Ford dealership could even come close to the deal that Jones Ford was offering us. Amelia along with the manager, went above and beyond for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better sales person. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and welcoming. The manager was very patient with us. When we were going over the numbers and trying to close a deal, both Amelia and the manager were very straightforward. We told them what price we felt comfortable with and they got us close to that number as they could. They went over the numbers and broke it all down for us several times. We all shook hands and agreed in a deal that was too good to pass up. In the end, I drove home my new 2021 Mustang GT. I couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to visit Jones. If you want great service and a even better deal ask for Amelia!

Honestly Jones Ford made this the absolute easiest process ever! We didn't even have to leave our home and travel miles away to purchase it. Amelia Caldwell made everything so easy, answered all our questions and made the process complete from start to delivery of our vehicle in one afternoon. We absolutely love our Ford Explorer Limited so much. The finance manager was so wonderful and we even zoomed to seal the deal. The 2 guys that drove our explorer to us were super nice too. Everyone we spoke with were so nice and answered all our questions! We can't say enough great things about this experience! This place was amazing! Thank you so so so much to Cayla who helped us out graciously! You rock❤ufe0f. She helped out get in and out with making sure everything was addressed and taken care of. She even helped me with loan problems at my dealership- who I was not happy with! So happy to have went with a trustworthy company for my husbands first truck!
