This has been the easiest and best buying experience to date with my new purchase of a Grand Jeep Cherokee. Found what i was looking for online and immediately was engaged by a sales representative from the dealership which is Wesley Cummings . He actually went into work on his day off to send me a detailed video of the interior and exterior of the Grand Cherokee. He also met up with a friend of mine to let him test drive vehicle for me seeing that I’m located 3 hours away from dealership . Today it was delivered to me and so far has been perfect experience. I recommend anyone to purchase their next vehicle through them seeing the great experience that i have had .

I have been wanting a Jeep for a while now. Mary helped me find exactly what I wanted! Everything was handled online/phone smoothly and seamlessly. Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. I have been to other dealers such as Carlock in Tupelo and the experience was awful. Mary is so kind and helpful! Truly pleased and beyond happy with our new vehicle! Thank you!

Special thanks to Carlos Marques for helping us with trading our suv for a van. We called at 5pm one evening and he drove the vehicle home so we could see it. He went well above to help us and make the transaction possible. From the time we drove on the lot days later, we had traded, signed papers, and left with our new van within an 1.5 hours.

The folks at Jones Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Savannah,TN are a top notch team. I worked with Dean Arnold (Salesman) and he treated me great and because of Dean I will be back to Jones CDJR for my next truck purchase. Give Dean a raise, there is not many of people like him around these days! The Sale Managers and Finance people were also and great to work with. The whole process was great their at Jones CDJR. High recommended place to purchase a vehicle!
