My experience at Jones was fantastic! Carlos was excellent and super easy to work with! The friendly atmosphere made it easy to do business and the warranty that’s what completes everything. I would absolutely recommend getting in touch with Carlos and letting him set you up with a new ride. The Cadillac XTS I purchased is fantastic.

In July 2019 my husband and I traded our GMC Yukon in for a 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV with Jone Motor Company. Unfortunately our experience wasn't very good. It was toward the end of my pregnancy when we found this car online and decided to trade because it had a 20 year warranty involved that we thought would give us some extra security. We talked on multiple phone calls, they sent us lots of pictures and we sent the same, they said they performed an inspection on the car prior to us accepting the trade and said all systems were in working order. The tires were balding but we accepted that as is, so when we got the car, they brought us paperwork to sign on the arrival of the vehicle to our front door. I signed and traded vehicles, but a few days later, they called and said they messed up on the paperwork so they were sending us new papers to sign which was fine, because the old paperwork was quite a bit less than our agreed up amount, so being a fair person, I accepted the new paperwork. We replaced the tires right away because they were balding but even after changing all the tires and getting alignments done, the car kept driving unusually rough. We thought maybe that was just the way it drove. After bringing it in for the first oil change a few months later, we were told that both our front and rear shocks were blown and need to be replaced! A $4300 bill because both my warranties for the car do not cover shocks.nToday my husband called and spoke to the car dealer rep that sold us the car and explained everything that was going on. My husband told me the dealer rep will speak with management on our behave and see what can be done, unfortunately, I am not holding much hope in our case, but I just wanted to let you all know of my experience and that I would be very cautious about trusting the inspection protocol.
