My husband and I dropped off both of our vehicles yesterday for oil changes. (We had our reasons for not doing it ourselves this time.) We waited 3 hours. They do my oil change then realize I've got a recall and will have to keep my car overnight. Ok, that's fine. But they hadn't even started on his yet. If they had taken the time to look at both vehicles first, they would've seen the recall. They should've started on his first so we could've left sooner. I expected a call the next morning that my car was ready for pickup. Instead, while the husband is at work, he gets a call saying that they hadn't completed something properly on his vehicle. A simple recall. So I call asking for a status update. The lady was very nice but informed me that the tech was working on another vehicle but mine was next in line. So now I'm irritated. We wasted 3 hours yesterday because someone lacks time management skills. They didn't properly take care of the recall on my husband's car. And now they've had my car 2 days and haven't even started on it. I thank the lady anyways and she tells me she expects it to be done by 2pm. 3pm comes and goes so I call them. My car was done and no one called me. He gets home and we head to pick up my car and drop his off again. He complains a little. Just enough for them to know we're clearly not having a good experience. The guy at the desk is more interested in his own bad day and what he's doing than asking about our experience. They have a sign that says customer service is our #1 job, and another sign saying do the job right the first time. Seems neither of these values are being upheld. Lastly, we drive home and start dinner when they call saying his car is ready. So we could've stood there 15 mins and be able to finally take both cars home? We're both frustrated. We will be taking any future business to another location. The lack of communication and not putting customers first has lost our loyalty.

Absolutely fantastic. Got my parts that I ordered, everyone was awesome, the English dude in parts had everything ready and waiting for me.nCool people.

Keith is always super nice and goes out if his way to make sure we get take care of.
