I was looking for a decent used SUV for a weekend driver. I found one online at this dealership. I arrived and dealt with Josh. Amazingly Josh told me he was new to the job. So while he didn’t know the answers to all of my questions, he was honest to admit that, and quick to find out the answers for me. The vehicle was in great shape, with only minor cosmetic type issues. Josh was very honest and helpful. I had a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from Josh. Honest and friendly service! I hope Josh continues at this dealership, because I would definitely want to purchase my next vehicle from him!nnAlso I dealt with Mike regarding the financing from my bank and he was very helpful and courteous! I highly recommend Short Redmond. I bought a car and worked with Tyler Williamson and John Wrinkle. They are both wonderful salesmen and made buying a car less stressful. They are very trustworthy and knew exactly how to get the job done efficiently. Tyler helped me with my credit app and made sure I got a great deal and John finished the deal by finishing up some paperwork and ensuring I got a great quality vehicle that had the such an outstanding service and detailing job! He took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and answered any remaining questions I had very thoroughly. I could not be happier with my new car! Admittedly, I’m as picky and hard to please as anyone. I do my research and know the numbers. We couldn’t get together on price but these guys are as good as it gets. They should stop selling cars and get paid to train other dealers how it’s done. Excellent experience, and I would buy here in the future if the numbers worked well for both parties. We drove from North Carolina to purchase a single cab 2021 Ford short bed for my son that is really hard to find in that specific style and body.
