This was a last minute stop for us, made reservations, had car trouble and never made it to the park. I cannot speak for the park itself since we never made it, what I can tell you is the staff was awesome when we made the reservation, but even more extraordinary was the phone call we got the next morning when they realized we never made it... They called to see if we were ok???? This kind of compassion is rare! Great job! Will definitely stop there to camp if we get back through that area. Thank you for caring!!!

My mother worked extremely hard planning a 3 day getaway to the Knoxville area for attractions. She was promised and lead to believe that a pull in spot will be reserved. Upon our arrival our spot was taken, No remedies were offered only directed to park next to a tree where the slide outs barely fit. Definitely won't be staying again.

Office persons were very nice. Accommodation for overnight was great. It's a more of a permanent resident place but was great for us. Reasonable price of $34ish.

This is a wonderful place to be, Mary and Bobby make it so, along with the others who help keep it nice and clean, would love to see them always be here!!!

An excellent location within easy reach of any of the Knoxville attractions. You cannot beat the price!
