Absolutely wonderful experience doing business with Hometown Storage. From the first day till our move out I always felt our precious items were safe. All of the office personnel were exceptional and I'll miss our monthly chats when paying our monthly fee.
Mandy is the sweetest kindest person I have ever had the pleasure of having to give my money to. I will continue to advocate for this storage company even after I am no longer a resident. She exceeds her expectations as a person in the customer service industry. She truly truly cares about the person. She has been there for me for these past five to seven years. Hometown Storage is a very clean, easy to use storage facility... But most importantly the staff is wonderfully helpful and friendly... I would highly recommend them.
Hometown Self Storage has been an excellent place to work with from move in to move out! I can't say enough wonderful things about the manager, Mandy! She is competent, incredibly kind, and always helpful. She is the epitome of gracious, positive, and genuine. Her customer service is stupendous!
