Principal RV & Storage is by far the best storage rental facility I have ever dealt with. I paid them a visit after vacating a facility in Vancouver after my unit had rain leak into it. Principal's building is about a year old; it is spotless and well-maintained. It's three-stories, but quality carts are provided, the elevators are spacious, and the hallways are easily navigable. Plus, it's climate-controlled! I have primarily dealt with Andrew, but the young lady that helped me to rent a second unit (right next to my current one, thank you :) was personable, professional, and very efficient. I have recommended Principal to several coworkers, who have become customers. The prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The manager is very attentive and went out of his way to get our business on a 50’ x15’ unit. I felt important as a customer. The unit was clean and like new. The girl who checked us in was new but very professional and upbeat. There was an issue with the gate code working but she ran back and forth to get things in order while we were moving our RV in. I would definitely recommend this location to others!!

Online reservations was very easy. Within an hour a customer service rep contacted me to finish up the process. I was able to complete all my documents online and e-sign to expedite the process. My only reason for negating a star is the office staff at the physical location was not prepared for my arrival. I had to prod the office staff to thoroughly review my paperwork for completion, find my lock and gate access code, and ask for a tour of the facility. Staff was friendly and helpful, just not prepared. The storage facility itself is very clean, tidy, and provides elevators and carts for transportation.

I didn't catch his name but the person that helped me was the perfect associate. Friendly but didn't talk too much. He had answers when I had questions. The whole process of renting a u-haul was seamless and easy.
