Nice easy hike to get great pictures of up to 5-6 waterfalls depending on how deep you go. i wore mid top waterproof hiking boots but if you want to get inside the actual waterfall rocks, wet shoes are a must. Rocks are very slippery. you can get some really nice long exposure shots with your DSLR as well as some epic pictures with your phone. Hope this information was helpful.

Easy walk to two sets of falls. If you are following Google maps, make a right before you get to the one way bridge. Also, the second climb down to the falls on the right track can be very slippery when wet. Use caution. The falls on the left trail required us to cross a downed tree, but was doable.

Beautiful place experience for last 3 falls first 2 are easy yet they are making a really easy trail

Just 1 of many areas of falls and cascades here. They always seem to be open and free! Primitive camping and secluded areas on nice streams. There is NO communication signal so be prepared. Hiking can be somewhat dangerous along the cascade portion. Rock hound paradise. My fav waterfall!

The parking area for Brasstown Falls is not on Google Maps - the road is not shown at all. Just before the one lane bridge on Brasstown Road ( coming in from the Long Creek Hwy) there is an unsigned road to the right which is the road to take. It's a short drive to the parking area, and a short walk to the falls.nThe falls to the left of the area are beautiful and it would help to have crocs or great treaded shoes in order to cross the creek. The only bridge across the creek is a downed tree. If you can't walk the tree, then you will get wet.nIf you turn to the right, you will see a trail heading up a small incline. That trails leads to the bottom of the first drop and cascade. Unless you have a rope, getting to the bottom of the next two tiers is tricky and maybe impossible.
